Quest tool. Blueprint acquisition is limited to a time-limited event.

== Usage ==
Works similarly to other TEU collector class devices, such as [[Basic TEU Harvester]].
To activate, place it in the [[Upper Slot]].
Then maintain two conditions:
# Speed must not exceed 9 km/h.
# The accelerometer must detect movement.

Supports [[Basic TEU Harvester#Pocket Collection Mode|pocket collection mode]] for energy.
