Upper Slot

Upper Slot — an interface element designed for placing tools or weapons.

Operating Principle

Emulation of a connector to which the selected tool or weapon is connected. The tool or weapon placed in the upper slot becomes active.

Controls

• Short tap on an empty slot — opens a window with tools and weapons. A short tap on an item places it in the slot. A long tap opens information about the item.
• Short tap on a tool or weapon in the upper slot initiates its operation cycle.

For example, if a weapon is in the upper slot, a short tap will fire it (provided the capacitor is fully charged and the aim is aligned).

• Long tap on a tool or weapon in the upper slot empties the slot.
