ℹ️ These are the minimum requirements for now. The article will be expanded.

To edit an existing article, click the “Edit” button in the menu below the article title. This will open a text editor field with the existing text, templates, categories, and HTML markup.

After making your edits, always click the “Preview” button to ensure the entire article displays correctly.

Right below the editor window is the “Summary:” field. Briefly describe the changes you made there. If the change concerns spelling or punctuation, the field can be left blank by checking the “Minor edit” checkbox.

Only then click the “Publish changes” button.

Editing Rules for Articles in "Globulas", "App Components", and "Blueprints" Categories

[edit]

1. If you add a link to a Globula in a blueprint article, be sure to also add a link to that blueprint in the corresponding Globula article. Links must be bidirectional! The same applies to components: if you add a blueprint to a component article, add the component to the blueprint article. 2. All articles in the "Components" and "Blueprints" categories contain lists of Globulas from which these blueprints or components drop. If it is a Globula article, it lists the blueprints and components that drop from it. These lists are intentionally short. Almost all components can drop from any Globula, but with different probabilities. Listing everything would make the list meaningless. Therefore, component and blueprint lists only include two or three items that drop most frequently. Lists in Globula articles may be slightly longer.

If you have a question about why one component is included and another is not, ask it in the community group. If the argument is convincing, the list will be updated; otherwise, the edit will be reverted.

General Tips

[edit]

Do not overuse formatting and highlighting in the text. More is not always better. If you add a link to a term from a separate article, make sure it is not already linked earlier (according to wiki rules, only the first mention should be linked).

When inserting images, place them one below the other. If you need to place them side by side, use the “Gallery” template:

<gallery widths="200px" heights="200px" perrow="2">
File:File name 1.jpg|Your caption
File:File name 2.jpg|Your caption
</gallery>

If you have doubts about the necessity of an edit, ask a question in the community group.
